It's worth remembering that a few months ago there was added a rate limit of 50/posts day for users. But I've checked and it seems like, currently, the rate limit is 100 posts/15 minutes per user, or 9600 posts/user per day maximum. Which you'd be hard pressed to reach without using a bot. Doesn't matter if subscribed to premium or not.
