/sw/ YouTube & Misc videos thread Stormtrooper 01/30/2020 (Thu) 23:35:45 No.2263
starting off with a modern classic: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vqnjzVX8EKA rules: don't post cringe (good vibes only)
For your information, OP, don't link directly to JewTube. Use Hooktube or Invidio.us to avoid giving (((Google))) shekels. With that out of the way, I'll post the Gangsta Rap, one of my favorite videos back in the day: https://www.invidio.us/watch?v=Ij4w7ChpuaM

>>2265 I agree, but I had to make an exception because that video really needs more exposure. It's a direct threat to amateur movie criticism, hack youtubers, hack journalists, shills and people that choose to revel in their own ignorance. It's an attack on laziness. It's essentially a direct threat to the Disney/Studio system of making movies, because it makes it clear how personal films like Star Wars 1-6 actually are and how they can't be cloned ad infinitum. It's a threat to the Star Wars brand as it exists right now under Disney. Like one of the commenters said: >If it was easy, every studio would be doing it. It's not easy, it's a singular cocktail that everyone loves to drink, but only one barman can make. This type of thinking is a fantastic gateway to auteur theory for normies, it's the type of attitude that's just a pure net positive for cinema as a whole. Nothing but good can come out of it. I've also seen how much anger the video has caused in certain circles, it's marvelous. The video is a ticking time bomb and has the potential to really terraform the YouTube/consoomer/Star Wars cultural landscape. As Armond White famously said: >With the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Hollywood injects banality into young and gullible viewers; it places them on a cultural version of the autism spectrum. this type of content helps reverse that damage. It's correctional behavioral therapy for retards like Chris Stuckmann.
>>2265 >For your information, OP, don't link directly to JewTube. Use Hooktube or Invidio.us to avoid giving (((Google))) shekels. I'm not convinced this is actually true through. I think the one way to stop giving youtube shekels and the channels views would be using yt-dl. But I admit I'm talking out of ignorance and a gut feeling than any actual knowledge. On topic I like these types of videos that try to link up the feelings of the PT characters to the OT ones. https://www.invidio.us/watch?v=T9j7kLG7VK8
>>2265 not bad. however, as an expert on rap and all things nigga, I can tell it's dated. my guess is early 00s.
E;R made a fitting review for Star Wars Day: https://invidio.us/watch?v=ufix1r7a5Sc
>>3020 It is kind of dry though since you can tell that he really doesn't want to make another star wars video, or video series rather, again after this. He just did a dry plot recap, and will probably save most of the criticisms for part 2, or possibly part 3.
>>3021 >>3020 In case anyone cares, part 2 is out: https://invidio.us/watch?v=bbr5YGJE5mw
>>3111 Dope, I've been waiting for this.

>>3117 >RLM are nuwars shills What?
>>3119 D-did you not know anon? Did you not think that prequel-hating retards wouldn't gobble up disney cum?
>>3119 Wasn't their TFA "review" just them sucking JewJew's cock and talking about how SW has been saved from Lucas?
>>3123 With like 20 fucking minutes of prequel hate shoved into the start
>>3123 >>3121 Still can't say it looks that way to me. I think their TFA review was positive but they admitted to being wrong about it when nuWars 2 came out.
>>3125 """admitted""" They saw the current climate of the internet and how it was shitting on yidnsey and they backpedaled. Get them to admit they're wrong about the prequels and are fucking idiots and maybe they'll be less gay

>>3127 Did they at least get paid well to lie so blatantly?
>>3142 They got paid with an insane amount of Star Wars merch. They're literally swimming in that garbage yet people can't seem to put two and two together.
>>3145 >they got paid in nuSW merch not in cold hard shekels That's really pathetic. I'm not sure if I should be disgusted or feel sorry for them.

>>2265 >video Thanks for the recommendation, after watching all the movies again and watching this is video, it made me apreciate the movies more. Now, I want to watch the movies again in a different language or muted. Is there a version out there without the dialog, only the ambient sounds and music?
>>2263 A great video but the creator also defending that rapist jew woody allen kind of sullied the channel for me
>>3490 Except that the video lays out why the guy most likely isn't the former. Think you can trust him on it.

New Rikafag video just dropped. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h9P8Ggfl8d8
A 17+ hour review of a Ubisoft Star Wars game is premiering already. At least I don't need to torrent it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Zo-jM_hOxA
>>5187 Why would anyone watch a 17 hour review of a trooned out gayme that no one played? Why would anyone waste the time making a 17 hour review of a trooned out gayme that no one played?
>>5188 Its made by a normalfag that do long reviews about movies/shows, i guess he made a review of this shit game for reasons, but 17 hours is fucking retarded

How “How Star Wars was saved in the edit” was saved in the edit (sort of, but not really): https://yewtu.be/watch?v=olqVGz6mOVE Only came across this absolute gem just now, when a YouTube commenter pushed back on this retarded RLM cope that the original Star Wars/Episode IV was only a success because the other editors, especially Lucas’ ex-wife, saved the film in the editing room. I’ve seen this claim repeated by individuals who should know better, like Nerdrotic and Geeky Sparkles from Clownfish TV, and it is an attempt by RLM detractors to remove even the praise for the original Star Wars from Lucas. Excellent video that ought to be shown anyone who ignorantly repeats the claim that Lucas’ ex-wife saved the film in the editing room.
>>5195 Such a retarder take by retarded people, reddit letter media needs to die.

>>5196 Weirdly, the original Plinkett reviews by Reddit Letter Media seems too edgy for present day Reddit. It is disheartening that some YouTubers still parrot the same lies and half-truths originating in these RLM videos to this day. It has become so ingrained in their minds that they are unlikely to admit that they were mistaken (“He was deceived by a lie. We all were.”) or even bother to look too deeply into the prequels. One thing watching these videos recently made me rethink is this demand by Nerdrotic and others, that they, the filmmakers, but in reality now, the corporations, respect the fans. I get that they want modern politics and radical leftists out of the filmmaking process, but they also feel entitled to an auteur to please them and make them feel the same way they did when they first saw Star Wars as a child. Red Letter Media and the Star Wars Prequels: https://yewtu.be/watch?v=OkW035f_hZ8 And the same YouTuber’s playlist of “good Star Wars videos”: https://yewtu.be/playlist?list=PL6NUp5rtRcmqG_qg0gHweq-1AM0tmxbGm These excellent videos on Star Wars now make it nigh impossible to go back to these low IQ takes from Chris Gore/FilmThreat, Critical Drinker, Nerdrotic, et al.
>>5197 >the original Plinkett reviews by Reddit Letter Media seems too edgy for present day Reddit What isn't? It seems like those trannys are constantly coping, seething and dilating over literally everything.
>>5198 In particular the dragged-out joke of Mr Plinkett being a killer who has a hooker in his basement. If their “review” had been released today, I think the Reddit crew would think it was misogynistic, and there is no way anyone in Hollywood, like Damon Lindeloff and Simon Pegg, would dare come out to hail it. The whole bit with the hooker feels like a more edgy version of the shitty skits you would see on ThatGuyWithThe Glasses/Channel Awesome; Linkara loved that cringy gimmick. Now the RLM guys are too afraid of their YouTube bucks being taken away from them to do or say anything edgy. Last I heard someone mention them it was Mike “the self-loathing kike” Stoklasa whining that they were being suppressed by YouTube. The most obvious answer is likely that they are no longer cool and interesting. There are countless people making long-form videos on Star Wars now and they are old and washed up, and, I think, many have realised that the prequels are actually good films, especially now that Stoklasa’s suggested director JewJew Abrams helped ruin the saga.
