We've all been through this issue of humanoid robotics via hydraulics years ago here on /robowaifu/ . Complete non-starter.
Physics simply won't allow for it in a mobile, bipedal-only, human-sized package given our tech. Sure if in the future we can package million PSI compressors & actuators in cigarette pack -sized forms, then maybe. But this begs the question would you yourself even want to be within a city block of such lethal energies? Would it even be ethical to allow such a thing anywhere near the public at all?

Fun fact: in the US Navy, whenever they have a high-pressure steampipe leak onboard, they use broomsticks held out in front of them; waving them up & down as they slowly inch forward along the compartment wherever it's located. The entirely invisible jet of steam instantly slices the wooden handle into two when they reach it. They learned the hard way in the past to do it in this fashion
when sailors accidentally'd their heads off instead. OTOH, these theoretical super-high pressure hydraulic liquid jet leaks would be
much worse; insta-death for anyone or anything in probably a 50M+ range, and severe laceration injuries much further out.
Plus, regular hydraulic fluid is toxic af to living tissue (and
certainly not something you'd want stored inside your robowaifus). I doubt this "super fluid" would be any better at all.
